You can find this week’s daily learning activities below.
In Numeracy you will be focusing on finding a difference between pairs of numbers within the same century (‘Frog’). Then you will be using counting up (Frog) to calculate change from £5, £10 and £20 as well as counting up to find the difference between two amounts of money. You will also be finding unit fractions of amounts and non-unit fractions of quantities using division and multiplication.

In Literacy you will be reading extracts of the book ‘King of the Sky’, answering questions and writing descriptions of settings and of a view from your home. You will also be learning about direct speech. Next you will be reading and sorting information about pigeons. Lastly, you will be reading/ learning poems by heart and practising using adverbs.
