Year 6 18.3.16
This week in year 6, we have been thinking about how the Sundays of Great Lent prepare us for Holy Week. On Monday, we also flew our kites to celebrate Clean Monday and the beginning of this special season of fasting and prayer.
In Literacy we have been writing our own ending’s to Bram Stoker’s Dracula. There have been some excellent descriptions and intriguing cliff-hanger endings.
In maths we thought about timetables, and how they are used in real life.
