All about Growing- 27.02.26

Dear Parents,

This week we have been learning about the human life cycle and explored how our bodies change from babies to adults. The children enjoyed at their photos as babies. We talked about what children could do as babies vs what they can do now. Reception children used their phonological knowledge and wrote some sentences. Children also had the opportunity to look at their facial form using a mirror. They collected  different varieties of eyes, noses, mouth and ears and create a face collage.

In Maths, we explored composition of numbers as well as explored number 9 and 10.

In RE, we celebrated Clean Monday. Children decorated The Lady Lent and we explained that every leg portrays a week before Easter.  We also decorated our own kites.
