Dear Parents,

This week we have been revising our English/ writing skills. children have been writing sentences and words using their phonic knowledge.

In Maths, we looked at addition problems and how to work out word problems.

In History, we looked at the life of Florence Nightingale and the importance of her work as part of Black History.

In PSHE, we had a discussion of what allergies are, the symptoms that we should look for and the things that people might be allergic to.

 

Homework for half term:

Maths: please complete page 33,34,41,42,43,44

Spellings: pocket, balloon, carrot, thunder, sunset, football, playground, farmyard, bedroom, starfish
