🌟 Half Term Wishes & Important Update 🌟
Dear Parents and Carers of Ithaca Class,
We would like to wish you all a wonderful and restful half term break! This is a great time to relax, have fun, and spend quality time with family and friends. You have all worked incredibly hard this term, and we are very proud of your effort and progress.
When we return, Year 4 children will be doing their Multiplication Tables Check (MTC). This is an important assessment that helps us see how confident children are with their times tables.
To help everyone feel confident and successful, it is very important to practise times tables every day. Even just 5–10 minutes daily can make a big difference! You can practise using times table apps, games, or quick quizzes at home.
Regular practice will help improve speed, accuracy, and confidence, making the check much easier.
We look forward to seeing you all back refreshed and ready to learn!
