Week ending 25.09.26

Hello Parents and Carers,

This has been a very exciting week for Year 6!

We have been looking at non-chronological reports in English, the topic of which has been our Solar System. This is why we are going to the Science Museum on the 8th October, and all the children are excited for this trip!

In Maths, the children have been looking at common factors, rules of divisibility and prime numbers. The children are growing more confident in their mathematical ability which has been great to witness.

In History, the children have been learning about the significant events in the Civil Rights Movement in America, and how these brought about change.

In Science, we researched warm blooded vertebrates and created fact files.

A reminder that our assembly is on the 1st October, we hope to see as many of you as possible.
