Welcome Back 6.11.26

Dear Parents,

This week we have been learning about how to read and write a recipe. We have been reading the book Gruffalo Crumbe and other recipes. Children have been practicing how to write their own recipe and what recipes look like.

In maths, we continued practicing addition and subtraction skills using a number line.

We have also looked at different group animals and how to identify and describe different group of animals.

Moreover, we discussed Remembrance Day and why we mark this day every year. Children also created their own poppies.

Maths- please complete pages 45, 46,47

Spellings- pocket, balloon, carrot, thunder,sunset, football, playground,
farmyard, bedroom, starfish.
