Year 6 week ending 06.11.26

Dear Parents and Carers,

It has been a lovely first week back!

In Maths, the children have continued their unit on fractions and have begun adding and subtraction mixed numbers.

In English, the children are creating their own suspense story based off of the novel ‘Night of the Gargoyles’ and have begun to think about character development.

In History, we will be learning about World War 2, and have started by creating a timeline detailing the events from WW1 to WW2.

There are a few workshops happening this half-term which the children are looking forward to.

Boosters are to start next week. Please make sure the children have returned their reply slipss.
