Going on a Bear Hunt- Into the Woods

Dear parents\carers,

We hope you have had a good week.

English:

The children have been continuing to explore ‘We’re going on a bear hunt’. We looked at all the different animals that hibernate. We chose our favourite scene and drew it. We also coloured and talked about different bears.

Maths:

In maths we looked at the number 3. The children practiced the formation of the number and counted object up to 3 that they could find in the classroom.

PSHE:

In PSHE we talked about our feelings and emotions. We discussed why they are all important. We learnt a song all about how all of our feelings are important too. We draw pictures of what makes us feel happy, we also designed our bunting for the Pink Breakfast. We have included a link to our feelings song for the children to share it with you.

RE:

This week we looked at the Bible and discussed why the Bible is important. We talked about what we could see in it and drew a picture of something they saw in it. We also sang a song ‘Jesus loves me’, we have included a link to the song for you to share at home.
