Communication
COMMUNICATING WITH PARENTS
At St Cyprian’s we use a variety of ways to communicate with parents:
- Telephone call
- Letter
- Text
- Newsletter
For general information a text will be sent if the information is urgent. Texts will also be sent to advise parents to top up lunch accounts or that other payments are due. Other general information is given in the school newsletter which is published twice per half term and letters sent home via your child’s book bag. For personal matters a letter or email will be sent or parents will be called.
Parents can contact the school via:
- Telephone call
- Enquiries window in the Office
- Letter
Enquiries will be dealt with as soon as possible. If there is a delay in a response, you will be kept up to date with the progress of your enquiry at regular intervals.
