I hope that you are all keeping well and that you have enjoyed your easter. Please find below a possible daily schedule, you do not need to follow the schedule exactly but it gives you an idea of how you may want to structure your day, remember once you have explained an activity to your child and modelled any new learning children can be left to do some tasks independently.

Please ensure you are accessing ruth miskins live phonics lessons daily. Please also allow your child time to practice their phonics knowledge through games using the websites listed below and also through reading books.

Also if you are using purple mash, please ensure that you check the ‘2do’ section of your child’s home page as activities have been set for each child. Please ensure you save these activities.

Reception 13.3.2020
This week we continued to learn about dinosaurs. Our book focus was Dinosaur Time. The children described where they would like to be transported to. In Maths we introduced the concept of time to the children. In Re we learnt about Noah’s Ark.
Week Beginning – 16.3.2020
This week we will continue to learn about Dinosaurs.
In Literacy we will be reading the book Tyrannosaurus Drip. The children will be writing dinosaur facts.
In Maths we will be continuing to teach the children about time.
In RE we will be learning about the good Samaritan.
In Phonics we will be working with the children within their individual groups.
